Cradle Psychology welcomes new referrals. There are a few ways to refer which are listed below. Communication is aimed to be prompt and open to work with you in providing the best support for our patients.

Cradle Psychology endeavours to:

- Notify you following the initial appointment 

- Send a summary of treatment progress to you after the 6th session (under a mental health care plan)

- Send a summary of treatment progress to you after the 10th session (under a mental health care plan)

- Notify you when treatment ends

- Provide evidence-based psychological intervention and strategies tailored to the clients goals

- Contact you if there is any change to the patient's risk or safety
